Thank you for shopping with us! Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Shipping Processing Time (Handling Time)
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
Our daily order cutoff time is 3:00 PM EST. Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST will begin processing the following business day. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated in real-time and displayed at checkout. We utilize live, carrier-calculated rates directly from the United States Postal Service (USPS).
Estimated delivery times depend on your location and the specific USPS service selected at checkout:
- USPS Ground Advantage: 2–5 business days
- USPS Priority Mail: 1–3 business days
- USPS Priority Mail Express: 1–2 business days
Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier volumes or seasonal spikes.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will become active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Our store is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
If you receive your order damaged, please contact our support team immediately to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
All Magazine Sales are FINAL!
MAGAZINES4INMATES is not liable for customer error (i.e. inputting an incorrect shipping address, missing identification numbers, etc.).
MAGAZINES4INMATES is not responsible for minor damages to magazines incurred during shipping such as scrapes, bends, nicks, cuts, etc.
We will ship orders one time only. We do NOT re-ship orders for ANY reason!
Once the USPS has confirmed 'delivered' at ANY point in the tracking process, the delivery contract is complete. Please contact the receiving facility for issues after delivery has been confirmed.
Discreet Shipping
Products are shipped in plain boxes or envelopes with a nondescript return address. Single Issue Magazines are shipped world-wide via USPS.
Discreet Billing
Charges appear as MAGAZINES4INMATES or INMATEMAGZ. You may not recognize this name after checkout, so please make a note of it.
