I NEED TO CHANGE THE SHIPPING ADDRESS. WHAT DO I DO?
If your order has not shipped or you have an ongoing subscription, please contact us with the following information:
1. Order Number
2. New address with complete name/ID
THE ITEMS I SENT WERE DENIED BY THE FACILITY. AREN'T YOU RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CONTENT OF THE MAGAZINES?
No, we are NOT responsible for the content of the over 400 Publishers we distribute. Just like other retailers, we sell magazines available to the public. We require all buyers sending items to correctional facilities to pre-verify their purchase will be permissible with the facility. Remember all magazine sales are final.
DO YOU ISSUE REFUNDS?
I RECEIVED NOTIFICATION THAT THE PACKAGE WAS DELIVERED, BUT MY LOVED ONE HAS NOT RECEIVED ANYTHING. WHAT CAN YOU DO?
Once any United States mail carrier scans and receives your package, the package is officially DELIVERED. We partner with the USPS (United States Postal Service) on all tracking information which includes the date/time and the status of the order.
THE FACILITY REJECTED/REFUSED THE ITEMS? CAN I GET A REFUND?
No. (PLEASE NOTE): All Correctional Facility mail rooms control if and when items are given to an inmate. An inmate's privilege to receive packages can be revoked at any time by the Correctional Facility. WE are not responsible for what a Facility does with a package upon USPS confirmed delivery. The transaction is considered complete upon delivery confirmation.
MY LOVED ONE WAS MOVED BEFORE DELIVERY
If your order is for a subscription, we can submit a change of address with the publisher. If the order was for single issue magazines, then unfortunately, your only option would be to try to contact the receiving facility for additional help.
MY PURCHASE WAS DELIVERED LATER THAN EXPECTED. CAN I GET A REFUND?
The post office provides estimated delivery dates and times. We ship quickly, but estimated delivery times can vary according to existential circumstances with the post office. We are responsible for final delivery, not for delays in transit. Please contact USPS with your tracking number.
Our policies are in place to protect the interest of both our business and most of all, you the customer.
***PLEASE BE AWARE: Any orders placed for inmates are at the buyers’ risk. We cannot guarantee delivery of our publications to inmates due to the different REGULATIONS in each state/FACILITY respectively. Before placing orders we REQUIRE you TO contact the facility and see if the titles being ordered are acceptable. There are NO REFUNDS on orders placed.***
