RETURNS
We do not issue refunds for confiscated or returned items from prisons/jails/corrections facilities. Facilities have an inspection process that damages paper products. The buyer assumes all responsibility for what they send to a facility.
REFUNDS
NO REFUNDS/NO CREDITS will be issued for returned item(s) that are damaged and not in original condition as shipped. Examples include: Damaged Cover, Bent Pages, Staples in Pages, Markings, Holes, etc.
CANCELLATIONS
We ship FAST!!! It is possible to cancel an order that has not yet shipped. If the wrong address was provided and the order has shipped, you must make arrangements with USPS to correct the delivery address.
RE-SHIPMENTS
We DO NOT re-ship orders for ANY reason. When our policy of pre-purchase verification with the facility is followed and the correct address information is provided, then there will be no reason to re-ship an order. If an error is made by Magazines4Inmates, we will refund in full for the error.
SUBSCRIPTIONS
All of Mag Illustrated's subscriptions come standard with our 100% satisfaction guarantee. You can cancel whenever you like & we will provide prorated refunds for all undelivered issues. (This does not apply for subscriptions going to correction facilities)

SHIPPING LIMITATIONS
When an order is placed, it will be shipping to an address designated by the purchaser as long as that shipping address is compliant with the shipping restrictions contained on this Web Site. All purchases from this Web Site are made pursuant to a shipment contract. As a result, risk of loss and title for items purchased from this Web Site pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier.
