Before sending magazines to inmates, always check with the specific prison facility beforehand to confirm their approved magazine list, proper address format, and any restrictions on content or delivery methods; ensure you include the inmate's full name, prison ID number, and the facility's complete address when ordering.

How can I ensure my order is successfully delivered?
Please double-check the street numbers, apartment or unit numbers, and zip codes to verify their accuracy at checkout. If you are using a P.O. Box, make sure the number is correctly included. We cannot guarantee delivery to an incorrect or invalid address. *In instances where the recipient is located in a facility with stringent mail monitoring, such as a prison or jail, it is essential to include all the necessary information required by such facilities. While we strive to deliver to all valid addresses, we cannot guarantee delivery if the facility's restrictions prevent mail from being received or cause it to be lost. If you encounter any issues with your shipment under these circumstances, please contact our customer support team.

When will I get my order confirmation?

Order confirmations are automatically sent to the email address provided at the point of purchase as soon as your transaction is complete.
*If you do not receive your order confirmation within a few minutes of completing your transaction, we urge you to check your junk or spam folders and verify that your email address was entered accurately. Your confirmation email will include: Your Order # Details of the item(s) ordered Shipping and billing address Payment Method *If the confirmation email does not appear in your inbox, or if you suspect an error was made in entering your email address, please reach out to us.

Can I make changes to an order after it has been submitted? e.g., address updates, product changes.

*We are not liable for situations where inaccurate or invalid shipping information is supplied by the customer or wrong items were ordered.
In order to provide the best customer service to all and ensure orders are shipped as quickly as possible while maintaining low prices, we utilize automated systems that do not accept changes to an order once it has been placed.

Do you accept returns?

Unfortunately, due to the nature of the products we sell we are unable to accept returns.
Please be assured that all our magazines are delivered in new condition, direct from the printer, and have not been previously read. Once a receiving institution opens a delivery for their inspection, the magazines are no longer considered new and cannot be placed back onto our newsstand. For this reason, we will not ship items until the buyer acknowledges our no return policy.
